Essentially our products are made of Polyethylene or Polypropylene, flat tape woven fabric either coated or laminated with other webs in seamless widths up to 156 inches (3.9 meters).The Coatings may be of PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EAA or other specially developed blends. The other substrates commonly laminated are non-wovens, barrier films, extruded or knitted nets, foam, films, paper etc. To meet the stringent requirements of some applications, special additives are blended to achieve the desired properties.
Engineered to meet the most demanding standards and codes AIRTRAX combines high strength woven fabrics with other webs.
Our Products may be surface treated for printing elsewhere or surface treated and printed in house, as per requirement. We can print two colours 4.0 meters wide with a maximum repeat length of 1.5 meters.
All our Products are uniquely identifiable by an Alphanumeric Product Code.

Our range of weaving Mesh varies from 4 tapes/inch to 12 tapes/inch.
The Fabric may have equal or unequal mesh for Warp and Weft to provide for special requirements such as differential strengths and weight limits.
Our range of weights for uncoated scrims is from 50 gsm to 200 gsm.
Our range of coating weights varies from 20 gsm to 100 gsm
Our range of widths Flat from 1.0 meter to 4.0 meters.
Tubular from 36 inches to 90 inches.
